Collect information

1. Log into https://admin.myhostedexchange.com with your username (generally your email address) and password.
   
   
2. Click on the Configuration Summary icon.
   
   
   
   
3. Take note of the OWA URL and UserName information.
   
   

How to set up IMAP settings on iPhone

1. From the main screen, go into Settings.
   
   
2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
   
   
   
   
3. Select Add Account.
   
   
   
   
4. Select Other.
   
   
   
   
5. Select Add Mail Account.
   
   
   
   
6. Enter your name, email address, and email password and Select Save.
   
   
   
   
7. Enter your server name (the OWA URL collected above, minus the https://), username (email address), and password for both incoming and outgoing* mail servers. Select Save.
   
   
   
   
   *NOTE: If you are using Exchange 2003 the server settings for Incoming and Outgoing will be the same. 
   If you are using Exchange 2007, incoming is mail.myhostedexchange.com and Outgoing is ht1.myhostedexchange.com. You will use your email address and password as the username and password for both servers.
   
   
8. Exchange 2007 users will get a prompt that a Secure connection to ht1.myhostedexchange.com failed. This is OK. Click on Continue
   
   
   
   
9. The configuration process will complete and your iPhone will be ready for use.
   
   
10. Go into Mail and you should now be connected to your mailbox.
