Send an email to support@lanlogic.com and request that we add the BlackBerry service to your account.  Please include your first name, last name, and email address.  Please note that you must have a Hosted Exchange mailbox in order to use the BlackBerry service.

You will be emailed an activation password to wirelessly sync your device.   When you receive this email, here are instructions for activating your device.  Please note that there is a monthly fee to be on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

For devices with a scroll wheel on the side:

1. Verify your wireless radio is turned on
2. Go to the Enterprise Activation screen (either from the main screen, or under options)
3. Enter your primary email address
4. Enter your activation password (as provided in an email)
5. Click in on the thumbwheel and select Activate
6. Activation typically takes 20-30 minutes to complete.

For devices with a trackball on the front:

1. Verify your wireless radio is turned on
2. Go to "BlackBerry Setup"
3. Go to "Setup Wizard"
4. If you haven't previously run the setup, go ahead and complete it now.  It will run through time zone and other settings.  When it gets to the email setup section, continue at step 6.
5. If you previously ran setup, select "Email Setup"
6. Select "I want to use a work email account with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server".  Next.
7. Select "yes".  You have been provided a password.
8. Enter your primary email address
9. Enter your activation password (as provided in an email)
10. Press the menu key and select Activate
11. Activation typically takes 20-30 minutes to complete.
