It is a cache that stores names and email addresses so you don't have to type it each time you write an email to the same person. Sometimes, the auto completion cache may contain outdated information. If this is the case, you can easily remove individual addresses from the cache file.

This can be accomplished by highlighting the incorrect entry when it’s presented in the suggested names list (use the arrow keys to select an entry). When you back up a Web site, you can choose to back up either the top-level Web site or the top-level Web site and any subsites. The backup file that you create includes list or library content, security settings, user information, navigation, customizations, and personalizations (such as views, site templates, and content types). The backup file does not include workflows, alerts, and properties stored at the site collection level.

To back up a site, you must have administrator permissions for that site, but you do not require administrative access to the server that is running Windows SharePoint Services 3.0.

On the File menu, click Open Site.
In the Open Site dialog box, type in the name of your sharepoint site, and then click Open. For example this might be http://sharepoint.domainname.com or http://portal.domainname.com.
When prompted for your username and password, fill that information in. This is the same email address and password used when accessing Outlook Web Access. Click OK.
Once the the site is loaded, click on the Site menu, point to Administration, and then click Backup Web Site.
In the Backup Web Site dialog box, to include all subsites of the current Web site in the backup, select the Include subsites in archive check box.
If the current Web site is low on available storage space, click Advanced, enter a new location, and then click OK.
In the Backup Web Site dialog box, click OK.
In the File Save dialog box, select the location where you want to store the .cmp file. <LI

How to add a user mailbox in Hosted Exchange

Abstract:
1. In a web browser, go to https://cp.myhostedexchange.com. Log in as the Organization administrator, using the admin username and password provided to you in your welcome message.<?xml:namespace prefix = v ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" /><v:shapetype id=_x0000_t75 coordsize="21600,21600" o:spt="75" o:preferrelative="t" path="m@4@5l@4@11@9@11@9@5xe" filled="f" stroked="f"> </v:shapetype>

<v:shapetype coordsize="21600,21600" o:spt="75" o:preferrelative="t" path="m@4@5l@4@11@9@11@9@5xe" filled="f" stroked="f"></v:shapetype>

<v:shapetype coordsize="21600,21600" o:spt="75" o:preferrelative="t" path="m@4@5l@4@11@9@11@9@5xe" filled="f" stroked="f"><v:stroke joinstyle="miter"></v:stroke><v:formulas><v:f eqn="if lineDrawn pixelLineWidth 0"></v:f><v:f eqn="sum @0 1 0"></v:f><v:f eqn="sum 0 0 @1"></v:f><v:f eqn="prod @2 1 2"></v:f><v:f eqn="prod @3 21600 pixelWidth"></v:f><v:f eqn="prod @3 21600 pi

Changing to Lanlogic as your Registrar

Abstract:
If you'd like to change domain registrars to Lanlogic and our partner-company Nestegg, you'll want to do the following:

1.
If you have a device running Good Messaging (formerly known as GoodLink) and it stops syncing, the first thing to do is make sure you have a data connection by attempting to go out to an internet site (such as www.yahoo.com) from your device. If that doesn't work, then contact your wireless provider, because your data connection is not available. If you can get out to internet sites, you probably just need to reset the Good software. Here are instructions for doing that.

On your wireless device, go into Good Preferences | About Good Mobile Messaging

Type in “debug” without quotes. You will not see the text on the screen as you type, but it will open a hidden command prompt.

When a command prompt window opens, type in “reprov” without quotes and press the enter key.

You will be prompted that this will erase all data from the handheld. This only refers to data synced with the Good software. Type in “yes” without quotes and press the enter key.

Your device will restart and the Good software will resync all of your emails/calendar/contacts/etc.

Import data in Microsoft Outlook

Abstract:
How to import data in Outlook

This is very useful when you are looking to import mail/contacts/calendars from another email service. Disk space used in excess of this amount is charged at the rate of $10 per 100MB (of actual usage).

If you are being charged overage and want to reduce the size of your mailbox, you can do so by archiving your email locally on your computer to a .pst file. Please see the related article "Set up Mailbox Archiving in Outlook 2003".

Attachments are often a culprit when it comes to excess disk usage. Deleting or archiving attachments from your sent items and inbox is an easy way to reduce your mailbox usage.

If the amount of disk space that your organization is using gets to 10GB or more and you expect that usage to remain consistent or grow, please contact us to discuss being migrated to a dedicated server. This option may be less expensive when disk usage gets that high.

For more information, please see related articles.

Can I remove an account from "All Users" in the Global Address List?

Abstract:
Can I remove an account from "All Users" in the Global Address List?

No, any user who needs to be able to log in and receive email must be a member of the "All Users" group.
