At Lanlogic, we know that fast responses to your problems are essential to your productivity. That’s why we don’t use call centers, self-service menus, or multi-tiered support groups to handle customer problems.
We work exclusively with small and mid-sized companies, and we dedicate a specific network engineer to each customer. So while other providers’ customers are on hold for “Operator 12,” Lanlogic customers are already talking with an IT engineer who is completely familiar with their services and needs.

About our Infrastructure
Our data centers make use of some of the latest technology. With redundant connectivity, backup power, security, and monitoring.
Lanlogic's upstream carriers are SBC, ATT, Above.net and o1 Communications, providing over 300 megs of total bandwidth. Our network is configured using Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) routing to ensure that an outage of any one ccarrier will not result in an interruption of service to our customers.
Our two data centers, one in San Jose, CA and another in Livermore, CA. have multiple connections to the internet, and backup power is provided by both large scale UPS systems and generators. Each facility is secured and protected by fire protection systems, access control, closed circuit video recording and intrusion alarm systems. Environmental systems are monitored 24 hours a day.
Sophisticated network tools are used monitor and track the status of all connections and core services allowing us to proactively manage our networks.
