Recurring tasks in Outlook

Posted by gene on 15. June 2009 04:16

Here’s a pair of shortcuts that come in handy if you’re using Outlook 2007’s To-Do Bar.

Control + Shift + K – Opens the new task window.  To save time I like to type all of the task details into the Subject line.

Control + G – Opens the task recurrence window.

This is great for setting up monthly or quarterly tasks like follow-up phone calls.  I’d love to hear if this is helpful for you or if you have other suggestions for getting more out of the Outlook To-Do Bar.
