Here’s a pair of shortcuts that come in handy if you’re using Outlook 2007’s To-Do Bar.
Control + Shift + K – Opens the new task window. To save time I like to type all of the task details into the Subject line.
Control + G – Opens the task recurrence window.
This is great for setting up monthly or quarterly tasks like follow-up phone calls. I’d love to hear if this is helpful for you or if you have other suggestions for getting more out of the Outlook To-Do Bar.
