For a few weeks now, unread messages indicator on my BB has been showing 1 unread message – and all of my messages are read! I have my corporate email running with the BES and 3 separate email accounts running using the BIS service. I’ve tried resending service books, pulling the battery out – nothing changes this indicator except reprovisioning my blackberry which I usually try and avoid at ALL costs. Anyway, I ended up going into my main mailbox (the BES account) and clicking the blackberry menu and selecting view saved messages – there it was! some message I must have saved by accident was stuck where I couldn’t see it.. I finally was able to get rid of that unread message indicator!
